Hojicha (matcha) Bowls

TBH, I'm a matcha hater. If I wanted to eat grass, I'd be a cow. However, I'm a huge fan of the roasty-toasty notes of hojicha (roasted matcha). These are some of the hojicha bowl's I've made over my career.
